The project area was a warehouse of a tiling distributor. As the operations were continuing the renovation had to be done in a very short period of a holiday break. The customer was looking for a fast-application solution. After testing a sample of the Weber solution in the warehouse for 2 months, the customer was convinced and decided to use the weber floor for the whole warehouse.

Existing substrate was repaired in some smaller areas while the warehouse was still in operation. Cracks were cut and filled with steel plates and then epoxy repair solution. At the start of the holiday break the substrate was grinded first and then primed with epoxy primer with sanding. These preparations took 5 working days. Then the weberfloor 4655 was applied by machine and pumped on the floor in only 4 days.
